Adjustable Height Kitchen Stool With Back Rest (Southport PR9)

Hi, a very good friend of mine is suffering from severe back pain. He's on his own and even making a cup of tea can be very difficult for him. A stool would really help him especially when trying to make a meal. I know it's a bit of a longshot but if anyone has one that isn't used any more it would be greatfully appreciated. Anything resembling the one in the picture would be great. Thank you.
