Everything looks fine when plugged in, but you have to unplug it to use it. On unplugging, the unit is unresponsive. The second picture shows the only access point to the interior of the device, so perhaps somebody wants to take a shot at playing with the circuitry. The unit is lightly used and worked well when it worked. I have a few other shapes of massage heads somewhere in the house, but I can’t guarantee I will able to find them quickly.
