Duvet or Draft excluders (Canford Heath, BH17)

Hi all, I am working with a vulnerable client in Canford Heath and her house does not have a boiler. It is therefore cold. Is anyone giving away a duvet please that we can adapt to become a draft excluder? Also, she does not have very good lighting, so if anyone had any bedside lamps that would be great. That may not seem an urgency but due to poor eyesight client struggles with seeing clearly. Many thanks. Please text me and I am hopeful some dear soul will be able to help this lady.
