Toddler car seat (King st east kitchener)

Hi there! I am looking for a car seat for my 4yr old grandson who lives with me. Or if anyone knows how to undo the button to release the buckles. I am unable to push the button down to unlock the clips. He is not 40lbs yet so i am unable to put him in a booster seat
