Used Newport Brass Kitchen Faucet (Melissa)

We have a used Newport Brass kitchen faucet, purchased in 2019. It's a Jacobean Pull Down faucet. Model #2470-5103, satin nickel finish. It is fully functional but: the faucet head is faulty. We've replaced the faucet head once and still had the same issue. The water won't stay on the stream mode. It starts to transition to spray mode, which leaves a stream of water flowing, with spray drips around the outside of the stream. Installation instructions and all parts are included.
