High quality cloth diapers (cloth-eez brand 24 large 12 small), changing pad, diaper genie and 5 refills. Diaper genie doesn’t have lid anymore but we found it works fine so long as you make sure the bag closes at the top.
We used the cloth diapers under the kids’ butts when changing their disposable diapers so we didn’t have to wash the changing pad cover as often.
