Windows 10 PC (Cholsey/Wallingford OX10)

It's a longshot, admittedly, but I wonder whether anyone has decided to retire a tower case desktop PC running Win 10 or -11? Plenty of PCs are on sale but one with a proper tower case (and, ideally, Office installed) would suit my purposes better than many of the available offerings. The only essential is the system unit, as I have monitors and other ancillaries.
