Brown pleather chair & footstool (West Bradford Twp)

Pre-curb alert! Brown pleather chair and footrest. Chair is mechanically sound but pleather is peeling/flaking from the chair. My wife doesn't want to put a cover on it, and basically wants it gone. It is going out on the curb Sunday evening January 28th for West Bradford bulk trash day. Our pickup is usually around 7 am, but something this large may be picked up later.
