silver bathroom spotlights with bulbs (Kirkley NR33)

Silver spotlights used and recently removed from our bathroom ceiling. The chrome is bubbly and blistered perhaps they could be sanded and spray painted. Spotlights and bulbs all work fine. Clips missing from the back of some where they snapped off.
