Queen bed-mattress, boxspg, frame (Cleveland Park)

This is a whole set- mattress, box spring, and frame. The sheets and comforter ARE NOT INCLUDED. HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT DETAILS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ONLY RESPOND IF THESE ARE ALL YES RESPONSES.

1) Pickup is ONLY POSSIBLE ON THURS. FEB. 8th from 8:30am-12Noon. If you can’t come in that time window, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND.

2) You must provide your own helpers to lift and carry all the items to the elevator, down the elevator, to the exit and your car.

3) You must provide a large enough vehicle to SAFELY transport all items. If this means you need to tie it on your roof, then please bring rope or other necessary items and allow enough time to make two trips if needed. FYI- The metal frame separates into small pieces and can easily fit in any car.

But obviously this would all be easier if you had a cargo van or borrowed one, or even rented a U-Haul just for a few hours. I believe you can rent a cargo van through Zipcar, by the hour. Check first.

4) You must wear a mask when inside my apartment. No exceptions.

If your answer is NO to even one question, please move along. I’m sorry to be so picky, but I need to be confident and certain with all the above.

I’m also going to see if any friends are interested too. The mattress is in decent condition and I’d say medium firm, with a bit of a dip in it. You could probably flip the mattress to avoid the dip too.

Pick up in Cleveland Park.
