Cat Tree (Park Slope)

I'm looking for a gently used (or new) cat tree with scratching post for my recently-adopted cat. He's a climber with big meaty paws who enjoys a good view. I'm thinking something medium/small, not a big one that goes all the way to the ceiling. That's too much! His predecessor was barely a cat and if I had gotten him a tree, he would've sniffed it at best.
