HP Photosmart Pro B8350 A3 printer (Walton on the Hill L4)

HP Photosmart Pro B8350 A3 printer. It currently displays a paper jam. I have looked, but cannot see any paper. It has got inks installed. This may be an easy fix for someone, I don't have the time, patience or inclination to do it myself. It may be of use to someone, if not I will take it to the tip/recycle yard. No time wasters please, I just need it out of my way. Please leave a phone number as it is easier to arrange pickup.
