Pyrex Oven Thermometer Model 16416
The thermometer is about 3.75 inches tall x 3.25 inches wide. It has a hook on the top so that it can hang from an oven rack. The instruction card is also included. The 25 year warranty mentioned on the back of the card may not be transferable.
It could use a good cleaning.
