Foam pillow for back pain (Pembroke Pines West)

Used & in good condition. This foam piece is used is by putting between legs when side sleeping. I used after my back surgery over 10 years ago. It was very helpful. But now I use pillows. Might have bought it from Relax-the -Back. I laundered the cover, but don't know where it is.
