Vegetable seeds/flower cuttings (Ajax)

Wondering if anyone is looking to propagate their Phlox or other perennial flowers/ ground covers? I unexpectedly have garden space! I am also looking for vegetable seeds! I have lemon balm to offer in exchange if you would like. Thank you!
