Roman blind (Bedford MK40)

Hi, I have a gale blowing through my bathroom window.

Would love to have a roman blind to re-cover with new material, and use to stop the draught.

Ideally width of 39" with a drop of 42". In metric, that would be 99.06cm with 106.68cm drop
