Wallace & Gromit alarm clock - *only* demo works

Wallace & Gromit alarm clock. See photo. The clock itself *does not* work (but may be fixable). Only the demo feature works. When you press the Demo button (Gromit's bowl with a bone in it), Wallace will say "Morning, Gromit. Time for walkies.", or occasionally "Come along, Gromit. Don't be a lazybones.".
When responding, please:* DO let me know when you can pick up* DO NOT ask if it's still available (I will send a #TAKEN message when it's gone)* Confirm that you understand that the clock itself does not work.
