Empty Double CD or DVD cases (Talbot Village BH12)

My wife has a fairly large music CD collection some of which consists of two disks. Unfortunately some of the hinges have not survived too well and I now have only a few single empty cases left, so if anyone has any spare two disk cases we would be very grateful to receive them.
