This is a baseboard for a model railway. It has a Hornby Track Mat on it, to give the appearance of track, level crossings etc, so please don't be fooled by the pictures; all that is on offer here is the baseboard and the attached engine shed. There is no track.
The board is made from Sundeala, the best stuff for baseboards, which allows for easy pinning of track and accessories. It measures 120cm by 180cm (just under 4' by 6').
It is slightly warped and could probably do with another couple of battens, but the warp does not affect the running of trains. The battens are slotted to allow power cables to pass through.
Collect from Alconbury. I'm minded to give this to the first person who can collect it, as it is in our way at the moment.
