Birthday balloon banner (Beaumaris LL58)

Used once, at my special birthday, this is a string of silver balloons, each one shaped as a letter from HAPPY BIRTHDAY. They are each blown up with ordinary air and slung along a wall, hedge or doorway. Half deflated to volume of small bin bag, to save anyone fully blowing up. This could easily be achieved with a cheap balloon pump. Clean and decent.
