Bicycle innertube (Malvern Link WR14)

This is in very good condition, never used. I believe the following information that is printed on the tube indicates size, etc., but I'm not certain. It says: Continental 32/47-609/642 and 40 190. I hope that means something to cyclists. Collection only please.
