The person who confirms with soonest pickup time gets the item. If you set a time too far out, and someone can pick it up now, they get it and I will cancel your pickup. This combats no-shows, my friends.
The best way to assure that you're going to get an item from me is to reply, "I want this item. I can come right now." Or, "I want this item. I can come at 9:00 in the morning to your lobby."
Starting out with" Is it still available?" Or giving me a long story about why you should have the item will probably guarantee you'll never see it in your house.
