This is a "SilverCrest" item, bought from LIDL. Did the job for us when we had an old Sky box for FreeSAT and it died.
It has SCART and HDMI connectors.
It wasn't brilliant, there seemed to be weird characters in some of the channel names but signal went through to the TV ok. It has been in the loft a couple of years since we moved and we don't have a satellite dish to test it with, but it always worked in the past.
