Almost new SDS Electric Drill - not working! (Broadstone BH18)

This is a Parkside drill which just 'stopped' after less than 3 months of light use. It was replaced under warranty without asking me to send it back. They didn't send a new battery pack, drill bits etc with it, but I suspect it may be a simple fault if anyone is interested in trying to fix it before it goes for recycling. It is an SDS drill and has a switch to move between drilling timber etc, and the hammer drill function for masonry. In North Broadstone.
