Two seater brown leather sofa with fire tag as shown. Has a pull out small double bed which could be useful for guests one or maybe two nights not long term as thin mattress. Well used and will need a clean but still not a bad condition. It would need to be collected and moved / taken out of the house yourself as I have a bad back. Fairly narrow hallway inside the house .
