As it looks like I finally have a wedding date in the calendar, I plan to make my own dress from already existing fabric. As I upcycle a lot of sewing projects already.
I wondered if anyone had an bits of delicate vintage lace or silk fabric scraps that they don't think they will use? Other things I'm happy to consider are doilies and table linen. Other lacy clothing that can be cut up.
While I plan to scour sites like ebay for some sauces to fabric, I do need to keep costs down as its going to be a low budget wedding. So any fabric destash donations will be greatly appreciated and hopefully go into a gown made with a lot of love.
