T8 ballasts (Northwest Seattle, phinney)

3 used and 1 brand new in box T8 ballasts for use with fluorescent tube bulbs. The 3 used are a couple of years old only. Also come with 8 foot fluorescent bulbs also used for a couple of years if you want. Can have the ballasts with or without the bulbs or just take the bulbs if you wish. Please give approximate time of pickup.
