Pen needles - UltiCare. 4mm, 32 gauge. Comes in safe pack that dispenses the needles into a well.

Variety of lancets: microlet; Accu-Chek softclix (box of 100 has been opened); 2 and a half boxes of SteriLance soft twist lancets.

One accucheck softclix lancing device kit. (Some lancets may be included)

Two SteriLance LDE adjustable lancing device with ejector (the SteriLance lancets probably fit this device)
