Non working mower (Bradford on Avon BA15)

Lightweight mower , was working last summer but not now . We are quite good but couldn’t revive it so needs someone Good at this stuff . It’s been left out and much abused . Please don’t take it under the illusion that it will spring into life - I often give away machinery on Freecycle that people seem to think will work ! This doesn’t !
