BYC CLEARING OUT DAY
SATURDAY 20TH APRIL 1:30pm to 4pm
64 Edward Street
entrance in Grovsenor street
Brighton
BN2 0JY

BYC on Edward St is about to commence its big rebuild project, but just before demolition begins, we have one final day to open the doors and invite the community to come take away anything leftover in the building before it gets put into skips and landfill.

There’s so much to be had; years worth of lost property (many boys sweaters, jackets and water bottles); useful furniture items such as sofas, drawers, shelving, bathroom cabinets, and many chairs; crockery; glassware; 100s of DVDs and games; sports equipment; electrical items like air purifiers and a Dyson with all the attachments; lamps; stage steps; reams of paper; fancy dress/theatre costume clothing; 1000s of screws(!); larger kitchen equipment like fridges and an oven. Literally everything needs to go.

We will be taking donations on the day on a pay what you feel basis, but no pressure. We just want as many items to be used again as possible!

Help us save the planet one sweatshirt at a time!
Join us this Saturday afternoon, from 1:30 - 4ish, in the gym area of BYC (entrance on Grovsenor St).

*Please don’t ask us to pre-save anything or keep things to one side to pick up at a later time or date; we are volunteering our time to have this open event and need as much gone within a strict time limit so it will be first come, first serve.
There’s limited parking but some access can be offered if you’re needing a vehicle to take a larger item away.

Please see facebook post for a quick video tour of some of the items available
