She is ready to plant as soon as the soil is less wet. It has been out all winter. Valerian is classified as a herb and grows 1.5 metres. It comes up every year. It does seed but I cut off the heads before they go to seed. I cut it to the ground after flowering. It is a useful plant and has pretty white flowers.
The first pic is just to show you the plant in flower. The other pic is in my garden. You will be getting the seedling. You can plant it pot and all it is a biodegradable fibre pot.
