Brand new condition, this was part of an auction lot that I bought. Slight dent in top which is shown in pictures.
I have never used it but have taken it out of the box and it turns on and radiates heat.
I can not vouch or confirm electrical safety regarding this as I am not a professional and have not had it PAT tested.
