Wheelchair/walker with seat (Germantown, MD)

Hi, I have EDS and need a wheelchair or a walker with a seat. I’m 5’3 and have a Smart car so foldable, lightweight/compact walkers/chairs are preferred. Cosmetic defects are okay of course as long as there’s no smell/smoke.
