It's new, but came with no key and the top bar is cracked.
The door is closed (locked) and it would have to be rekeyed or get new locks (I'm not sure).
The cracked bar can probably be simply glued.
The blue board is undamaged, and the PlexiGlass is also undamaged with its cellophane in tact.
Comes with hardware and a few pushpins.
If you're willing to mess with it, it's on Amazon for $156.

Maybe you can use the Plexiglass?
