Tent - leaks a bit but potentially reparable (City of Bristol BS16)

4-man tent about 5 years old with a large porch. We are getting rid of it because we discovered this weekend that it leaks in heavy rain (!) - source of leak seems to be bottom of the door (pictured) and possibly the back/lower right section - I think this might be solvable by re-proofing the flysheet but we aren’t going to do this so if someone else wants to it’s yours. Other than this (somewhat significant flaw) it is a great tent in pretty nice condition- no mould and we have dried it thoroughly after use this weekend.
Please note PEGS NOT INCLUDED. Also it works best if you have an additional ground sheet (especially in very soggy weather)- this also isn’t included. Feel free to ask if questions
