The taller one (around 12”) is a holder for tea light or votive candle. Three glass beads missing from base and one missing from the shade.
Shorter one (~4”) can be used standing on the wider base and fit with a taper candle, OR it can be flipped upside down as a base for a 3-4” pillar candle.
