A lovely vintage Singer Sewing Machine. This is the old "built-into-a-table" type, with a manual treadle to drive it. The whole machine folds down neatly into the table, leaving a flat tabletop.
As far as we know this still works, when last used. We salvaged it from Mother-in-Law's house clearance some years ago and kept it for sentimental reasons. Now we've decided its time to pass it on.
It's a lovely old thing - do remember it is a manual (foot treadle) machine - the only electric thing on it is a small light above the sewing deck.
Its a bit cumbersome to carry but not too heavy, and it should fit easily into a smallish hatchback.
It probably belongs in a museum, or as a display piece in a dressmakers, but you could even use it as a sewing machine. They are often turned (gasp) into coffee tables.
Easy pick up - wide drive to pull in and turn. Fair Offer Policy applies (names in a hat if more than one reply)
