• 31 1/2" x 78 7/8" x 1 3/8"
• High density fibreboard ("HDF") 1-3/8 inch hollow-core construction;
• The simple smooth/flush surface offers a clean, simplistic look that complements sophisticated interiors well;
• Primed and painted in a neutral tone with eggshell sheen. You may want to refinish, depending on your project;
• Some minor wear & tear, but in fairly good overall condition. We upgraded our closet to a mirrored bifold door, and no longer need this one;
• One of the upper post holes may need a minor repair before re-installing, as it has become somewhat enlarged, as shown in photo;
