Copilot Bike seat (Southdown)

Got it from another freegler but sadly it doesn't fit on my bike. It comes with it own rack that you have to use with. I tried to modify it to fit my existing rack but stopped when it became obvious it would never fit.
I think it's also missing a set of nuts to tighten it to the bike back wheel.
