Mobility scooter. (Richmond S13)

I know it's a long shot but does anybody have a mobility scooter that they no longer need. My father in law is due to come out of hospital in the next 2 weeks and due to the duration he's been in hospital he has a lot of muscle wasting and can't walk. Would be really grateful. Thank jody
