Perforating Rotary blade or cutter (North Oakland/Bushrod)

If you have an extra 45mm blade to spare that would fit a Fiskars cutter (or have a cutter with a perforating blade that you aren't using- similar to picture), I'd be happy to have it for my crafting project. A temporary situation would work too ;) Thank you!
