Armchair seat and back cushions (Malvern Wells WR14)

I have a wooden armchair and I am looking for cushions to put on it. Ideally looking for a seat cushion as close to 55cm x 55cm and a back cushion 55cm wide and 60cm long, but could work with other measurements.
