Art materials (Aughton Park L39)

We're hoping to start an "Art Bank"( like a food bank), for people who want art materials but find it out of their budget, or don't want to buy expensive material to try out in case it's not something they're sure they'll use again. It doesn't have to be new as long as it's useable.
