Two picture frames (Bowdon WA14)

Two wooden picture frames, no glass or back board. Could both do with a clean, sand and either paint or varnish. Wood finish one: 32" x 24" x 1.5", Black painted one: 33" x 25" x 3/4". Take one or both.
