Samsung TV on stand (Norton LD8)

Quite old, works fine but has a black blob on screen top left. Remote works. This has been the same for years and doesn't seem to change. 36" screen including surround, 31" actual screen. Can be made into a smart tv if a fire stick is used as it has USB sockets.
