Huawei 4G modem and antenna. This is useful if you are living or holidaying in an area with poor mobile reception. The antenna can be attached to a window (via sucker pads) and the modem takes a SIM card (have to place a micro-sim into a slot under the battery). It then sets up a WiFi hotspot you can connect to with other devices. It does mean that the SIM card is no longer available to your phone while you're using it.
