Cobalt Blue Paint (Lefferts Gardens)

This gallon can is about 1/3 full. It has been sitting in my closet for a long time. Likely over 10 years. I don’t know much about paint and I’m not sure if it goes bad or not. When I opened it, it just looks like it needs to be mixed.
