Please note the firmware (drivers) on this printer is old to allow it to use generic cartridges rather than HP branded ones. Updating the drivers might improve the (tolerable) print quality but will mean you have to buy expensive HP toner.
If you connect it to the Internet it will auto update.
Print quality is adequate but it might benefit from new toner cartridges.
