Hooded ankle-length poncho (Crown Heights)

This should be for a tall woman (5' 10"). I'd like it in gray, charcoal gray, dark brown or black. It mustn't have a fringe and it shouldn't be a rain poncho. The slick material would be all wrong. In spite of some of the pictures here, I'd like it to be ankle length. This is for a Halloween costume so we've got time.
