Shoji screen (Near downtown Herndon)
Four-panel shoji screen depicting plum blossoms and a famous poem (in Japanese) about them. The wood frame is painted black, while the rice paper panels are white. There is minor cat-claw damage to the very bottom of one panel. I used this during Covid as my Zoom backdrop to hide my messy bedroom. I don’t need it anymore, and wouldn’t be able to protect it against further feline depredations, so hopefully it can find a new home ...
